Clear+

Designed for those businesses who wish to devolve themselves of all accountancy related admin.

Our classic service with a full administration module, comprising of a comprehensive receipts and invoices payable & receivable function supported via our ClearWeb online reporting tool.

Clear Start

ClearBubble will provide you with the following:

  • Fixed Annual Fee of £850+VAT payable over 12 months
  • Two face to face meetings – in London or Birmingham – with your dedicated accountant
  • Membership and unique user access to your online accounts tool
  • Benefit from an up-to-date overview of accounts and business activity via web tool
  • Ability to view your ongoing business performance and associated tax liability via the online accounts module
  • General and Specific Tax Planning and Advice – Personal and Corporate
  • Email support* for non-urgent queries with – 36 hour acknowledgement receipt and for most queries a 72 hour written response
  • Telephone support* for urgent queries
  • HMRC – Personal and Corporate Tax Management and planning; includes completion and submission of returns
  • Companies House – filing of Annual Return and Abbreviated Accounts

* Subject to fair usage policy

The Customer will ensure to deliver to ClearBubble:

  • All business expenses, invoices and costs uploaded by you via the web platform either on a Monthly or Quarterly basis
